That was absolutely great hotel set in good area, close to the ski lifts and one gondola. They offered perfect and good sized rooms with rudimentary cupboards and a queen bed plus hair throughout. The breakfast with yogurt and pancakes and boiled eggs was savoury, you’ll find what you need:)))

Best possible location in the station, affable staff, everything was good. Asked for quadruple room and it was good-sized with a shared bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hakuba Gondola Hotel. the staff were amicable and really helpful, making my experience enjoyable. the accommodation is well-priced, and my room was impeccably clean and heated. I was treated to an incredible view of the mountain, which truly enhanced my visit. the location is unbeatable—it's close enough to easily access fresh tracks, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. Plus, it’s right next to a bus stop that connects to other slopes, making it very convenient. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was quite spacious. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy Hakuba!

This hotel is in a great location for snow activities and has friendly staff willing to help. the short distance to the gondola and easy access to shuttle buses provide convenience, making it an ideal option for travelers. the breakfast is delicious and the rooms are clean, warm, and comfortable with lockers in the basement to store gear.

Some rooms have small bathrooms and limited storage space, which can be inconvenient for travelers with a lot of belongings.

The hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location right next to the gondola at Happo One. The staff were friendly, helpful, and bilingual, making communication easy for English-speaking guests. Despite being a basic hotel, the rooms were equipped with two single beds, perfect for couples or friends traveling together.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect for skiers. With the lifts just a short distance away and regular bus transfers to other slopes, it couldn't be more convenient.

Great location for the price, and English speaking staff made check-in easy. the beds were comfortable and the dining options were good. the complementary breakfast had a variety of options and the Recovery Bar served excellent meals.

The rooms were very dark and outdated. the shared bathroom was not clean and there were no hooks to hang towels or clothes.

The hotel location is very convenient, only a short walk to the gondola which made getting up the slopes easy. The staff spoke fluent English and were very friendly. Breakfast was included and it had a good spread of options.
